Materials & construction
I repair both epoxy (EPS) and polyester (PU) surfboards, plus soft-tops. Each board gets the correct resin system - epoxy on EPS, polyester on PU - so the repair bonds properly and survives the Sri Lankan heat, salt and humidity. For visible repairs I sand and polish to keep the board looking close to original. For travel surfers I can prioritise structural integrity over cosmetics to get you back in the water faster and cheaper.

Saltwater that's seeped into a fin box or leash plug will rot the foam if it's left. I dry the area out, remove damaged foam, refit the box or plug (FCS, Futures, single-fin), and seal it watertight so it lasts the rest of the season and beyond.
Do you sell surfboards as well as repair them?
